WELCOME TO CHOIR!
Resound Choir is a community-based choir designed to bring unity to Redding’s local churches through the joy of worshipping Jesus together. With a passion for holiness and creative expression, Abi envisions a choir where the beauty of Jesus is revealed and encountered in purity. Featured at Resound Events, Resound Choir will unite their voices to create powerful moments of worship and encounter, with music that carries and reveals the unfolding story of the gospel.​

REHEARSALS

Now accepting applications for children ages 8-19
An application is needed for each person applying. (Parents, please help minors applying to fill out the application below. This helps me get to know you and your child!)
***Once I receive your application form, I’ll reach out to schedule an audition. Auditions will take place at Music Connection on Bechelli Lane in 15-minute time slots, offered on various days of the week. I’ll send you audition details separately to ensure the applicant feels confident and prepared.***

***Students are asked to bring a three-ring folder and printed song sheets with them to every rehearsal.
***Please use common sense in staying home from rehearsal if your child is exhibiting cold or flu symptoms in the past 24 hours prior to rehearsal or performance.
***Parents may be asked to purchase an official CHOIR t-shirt to wear for performances.
To ensure safety and maintain legal accountability, a parent or legal guardian is required to stay for the entire rehearsal. If a parent or guardian is unable to attend, a Permission to Release form is available, allowing another responsible adult to be present on their behalf. This option is intended for occasional use, and we recommend that it remain the exception rather than the norm.
Is there a cost for my child to be in the Resound Choir?

Tuition : $200 per semester for one child (sibling discounts available)
Donation Rate : If a student is accepted but tuition is a hardship, I work with families individually on a reduced rate.

What kinds of songs do you plan to teach the choir?
The choir is designed to both worship Jesus and support the storyline at Resound Events. Because of this, members may learn both worship songs and storytelling songs. Worship selections will reflect my background in multicultural, multigenerational, and interdenominational worship, as well as a deep commitment to the biblical roadmap for worship.
